These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, team store organizers, and contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 21 - LICENSE TO USE YOUR GRAPHICS AND ORGANIZATION NAME

By submitting graphics, logos, or other visual assets for creation of a Team Store, you grant Makefield a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Use your graphics to create team store products

  • Display your organization name and branding

  • Reproduce your graphics on merchandise

  • Store and process your graphics for order fulfillment

You represent that you own or have permission to use the graphics submitted and that they do not infringe third-party rights.

SECTION 22 - TEAM STORE OPERATION

Makefield will create and manage your team store, curate products based on your colors and graphics, process orders, and handle fulfillment. You will have access to an admin portal to view orders and earnings.

We aim to launch most team stores within 1 business day or by the next business day after we receive complete logos, colors, and other requested materials. We reserve the right to take longer when uploaded logos or artwork require designer-led vector cleanup or other production-ready adjustments, or during periods of high demand.

SECTION 23 - EARNINGS AND PAYOUTS

Your organization earns a portion of each sale made through your team store. Earnings are visible in your admin portal.

Payout Schedule:
Payouts occur at the end of each month for orders placed during the previous month. (Example: Orders from August are paid at the end of September.)

We may withhold or adjust payouts in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or excessive refunds.

SECTION 24 - YOUR RIGHT TO CLOSE YOUR STORE

You may request to close your team store at any time by contacting us.

Upon closure:

  • Your store will be removed from public access

  • Pending orders will be fulfilled

  • Outstanding earnings will be paid based on the payout schedule

  • The license to use your graphics will terminate except as needed to fulfill remaining orders
