When will I get my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 5-8 business days. However, during the holiday season or high-demand periods, delays with logistics providers may occur. Please plan accordingly.

Where will my order ship from?
We currently ship within the United States only, and orders are fulfilled from our primary center in Charlotte, NC.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. For any questions about your tracking or shipment, please reach out to us at support@makefield.shop.

I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?
We’re sorry if you received a damaged product. Please email us at support@makefield.shop within 15 days of delivery with photos of the product, your order number, and any relevant details. We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible!

My order should be here by now, but it’s not. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please try the following:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email to verify the delivery address.
  2. Visit your local post office in case they have your package.
  3. Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.

If your shipping address was correct and the package wasn’t found at the post office or a neighbor’s, please email us at support@makefield.shop with your order number, and we’ll look into it. If there was an error entered in the delivery address, we’d be happy to reship it once it is returned to our fulfillment center, but shipping costs will apply.
