Is there any cost to set up or stay open? (Really $0?)

No. $0 upfront and $0 monthly. Your store can stay open year-round; we only earn when supporters place orders.

How fast can we launch?

Create your free account in ~2 minutes. Once you upload your logo and tell us your team name/colors, we’ll build your store and turn it on in 24–48 business hours (often same day).

What do I need to get started?

Just your team name, a contact email, and a logo file (SVG/AI/EPS preferred, PNG works too). No product list or sizes to collect—everything’s made to order.

How/when do payouts work?

We send monthly payouts via ACH, direct deposit, Venmo or Paypal. The Admin portal will provide a live view of order counts and donation totals. See our How Donations Work page for more information.

Minimum order or deadlines?

There are no minimums and no deadlines. Your store can stay open all year at no cost.

Delivery speed and returns

Most items deliver within 5 - 7 business days from the day of order.

Do you help with designs?

Each logo or design submitted is reviewed and optimized for excellent print results. If you need help creating a new design you can reach out to support@makefield.shop

Who handles payments, taxes, and customer support?

We do. Checkout, sales tax collection, credit-card security (via Shopify’s PCI-compliant checkout), production, shipping, and support are all on us—your staff doesn’t need to touch any of it.

How Does Makefield Make Money?

There are no setup or monthly fees. Our margin is built into the product price that supporters pay. When an order is placed, we pay the fulfillment cost , your organization receives 20% back on the product price (before shipping & tax), and we keep the remainder to run the platform. You never pay out-of-pocket.
